Peterman Genièvre is a traditional Belgian alcoholic drink made from juniper berries, often drunk as an aperitif or digestive. It is characterised by its spicy, slightly sweet taste. The cuberdon, meanwhile, is an emblematic Belgian confection, also known as a ‘curé hat’. Conical in shape, the cuberdon has a thin sugar crust and a soft centre made from raspberry syrup, giving it a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a sweet, fruity taste.
